This indicates the knife was hand made at PUMA Werks in the 2nd half of 1986. The knife is 11” in length with a 6” stainless steel blade. The finger guard is made from German silver.

The Wildtöter was only made for a short period of time an is extremely rare. The Wildtöter knife was designed in collaboration with welding dog handler Tassius, who also contributed to the design of the Rüdemann. The Wildtöter model was only produced in the early to late 80s and then appeared again in early 2000 for a short time as a new model named Wildtöter II.
