PUMA Trail Guide, the model number is 11 6382. The guarantee control number is 40482. This indicates the knife was hand made in Solingen, Germany at PUMA Werks in the 2nd half of 1980. The blade is German Pumaster steel and the handles are stag with three brass rivets and a lanyard hole that is brass lined. 

This knife measures 9 1/2" overall with a 5 1/8" blade. The front of this knife blade is etched: 6382 HANDMADE - PUMA TRAIL GUIDE - GENUINE PUMASTER STEEL GERMANY.

The knife includes the "PUMA Proof Mark" on the blade: a small dot or ping on each blade was made with a diamond pointed needle, part of the Rockwell blade quality testing. The knife also comes with the Rockwell sticker. It has a 4 3/4" German stainless steel blade and is 9" overall length.

The PUMA knife came in the factory green and yellow box. The knife also came with the factory guarantee control tag with factory papers and a genuine factory leather sheath.
